SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All the orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order.
The estimated delivery time may vary from state to state. Weekends and Holidays are not calculated as business days.
Due to unseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay.
Please be aware that no shipments are delivered on national holidays.
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a notification either by email or WhatsApp with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.
The Company shall provide free delivery/shipping on all products.
We may be able to amend or cancel your order before it ships. In the event that your order has already left the warehouse, please do not accept the package.
Our courier partner will initiate the return and on receipt, we shall refund the payment in 5-7 business days.
Do not accept the parcel if the shipment is damaged, tampered, or in any bad condition.
In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org along with images of the damaged product, Inner & Outer Packaging along with the shipping label and the invoice copy.
If based on examination the product is badly damaged we will arrange a reverse pick up request for you to return the product to us.
Kindly give us 1-2 working days to process your return request.
Once we have received your product(s), we will check it against the claim and start the replacement process accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
The product cannot be exchanged and is non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.
We accept online orders through the following modes of payment.
* Net Banking (NEFT)
* Debit & Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) from selected banks in India.
In cases where the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received an order confirmation, kindly email us immediately at email@example.com with the following details:
* Transaction Reference Number.
* Amount debited with registered Email ID
* Date & Time of Transaction.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may be applicable upon the arrival of your package in your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
No cancellation, exchange, return or refund is provided for international orders. Please be assured that every product undergoes thorough inspection prior to leaving our facility, ensuring the highest level of quality and excellence.
